If you are the client that is not sure where to begin and ready to allow LB Innovations to handle your event, in its entirety (we will check in with you occasionally) this is the package for you. We find and secure all of your vendors, the venue and develop a concept for all the details, wrap it up in a complete package with timelines, checklist, RSVP management, contract management, access to a secure Client Portal to keep track of tasks and payments while ensuring you a stress free process. Due to the amount of individualized time required for this service, we only accept a limited number of full-service weddings annually. This is our most popular package. It complements the stage in planning that most clients identify the need for help. Clients that hire us for this service have already booked their venue and vendors and just needs assistance with perfecting the details, ensuring contracts are in order, creating a time line and ensuring the checklist is being followed. This option is for the client that wants to have their hands in the planning process. We actually work with each other (in comparison to the “Full-Service” package where LB Innovations handles everything and consults with the client periodically) during the process. For the client that has planned their entire event and needs a professional team on-site to handle the logistics, manage vendors, develop and follow through with schedules/timeline of details for the day. If selected, we meet with the client at-least 6-8 weeks prior to the event (if that is possible) to go over all the details, review vendor contracts and lease agreements and confirm details. A timeline of the day is prepared and provided to each vendor/participant for consistency in timing. Also includes access to a secure Client Portal to keep track of tasks and payments.
